细菌在人与人、人与表面、表面与人之间传播。您家中一些最常见的物品中就有超过 340 种不同的细菌。

洗衣机

一些生命力更顽强的病毒甚至可以通过洗衣程序，尤其是在低温洗衣的情况下。
清除病菌： 尽可能用较高的温度洗涤衣物，并在洗衣程序结束后立即将衣物从洗衣机中取出。如果湿衣物放置时间超过 30 分钟，可快速启动洗衣机进行第二次循环。为了加强保护，使用后请用消毒抹布擦拭滚筒内部。
辣椒和酱油瓶
您是否在烹饪时或在餐桌上每餐都使用辣椒酱瓶和酱油瓶？您很可能正在传播细菌。
在弗吉尼亚大学（University of Virginia）的一项研究中，30 名有早期感冒症状的成年人被要求列出他们在过去 18 小时内接触过的 10 件物品。然后，研究人员对这些物品进行了感冒病毒检测。
哪些结果呈阳性？你猜对了。每一个盐罐和胡椒罐（以及 41% 的所有被测物体表面）。
这些调味品容器--就像您的酱油瓶和辣椒瓶--经常被接触，却很少被清洗。不用说，它们很容易滋生细菌和病毒。
清除细菌： 饭后不要只擦拭餐桌，也要擦拭辣椒和酱油瓶。为了加强保护，使用前后都要洗手。
洗碗海绵
全球卫生理事会在测量家庭内部的细菌污染水平时发现，一块洗碗海绵表面平均有 196 亿个细菌。
根据这项研究，普通洗碗海绵的细菌数量比马桶刷柄还多。
如果您经常使用潮湿的洗碗海绵擦拭脏碗、餐具和表面，那么您可能会在不知不觉中将有害细菌传播到厨房的各个角落。
清除病菌： 用开水清洗海绵不足以去除所有污染物。建议每周更换一次海绵。
手提包
手提包是滋生细菌的温床。您可能几乎每天都要处理您的手提包。您可能会把它放在多个表面上，如餐桌、厨房柜台、超市柜台或工作时的卫生间隔间。可能有成百上千的人处理过里面的钱。
如果您随身携带化妆品，那么刷毛和海绵垫上也有可能聚集传染性病菌。
清除病菌： 尽可能经常用抗菌湿巾擦拭你的钱包。如果可能，在处理完钱后彻底洗手。
理想情况下，化妆品应存放在室温下干净、干燥的地方，而不是手提包里。每周用普通肥皂水或酒精喷雾清洁化妆刷一次。如果出现感染，请立即更换眼部/皮肤化妆品。
牙刷架
口腔中的病毒和细菌可在牙刷表面存活数周。如果把它放在水槽或马桶附近，洗手或冲水后细菌就有可能落在上面。如果你把牙刷掉在地上，牙刷上的细菌会更多。如果把它存放在密闭的容器中，上面甚至可能长出霉菌。
清除细菌： 使用后彻底冲洗牙刷，清除残留的牙膏或碎屑。将牙刷竖直存放并晾干。
不要与他人共用牙刷，尽量将所有牙刷分开存放，以避免交叉感染。每 3-4 个月更换一次牙刷，或当刷毛磨损时更换。
养成良好习惯
我们周围的每个表面都有细菌，其中大部分不会对您造成伤害。然而，保持良好的习惯以尽量减少污染的风险仍然很重要。以下是一些保护自己的最简单方法：
- 定期用肥皂和水洗手，尤其是在使用卫生间、接触生食或处理宠物后。
