You may register your baby online through the LifeSG app within 42 days of your child's birth.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a notification to download your child’s digital birth certificate via the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website.

After your discharge, your lactation consultant will call you to follow up on your breastfeeding experience. During this call, you may clarify any questions you may have on breastfeeding and infant nutrition.

Protect your newborn against illnesses through vaccinations. Talk to your paediatrician to learn more about immunisations for your baby.
After delivery, your body needs time to heal before sexual intercourse. Talk to your doctor to to find out when it is safe for intercourse after giving birth.
