Dr Srinivas Subramanian is a renal medicine and internal medicine specialist practising in Parkway East Hospital, Singapore.
He subspecialises in conditions related to the kidney, such as chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, immune related disease of the kidney, metabolic and lifestyle related diseases like hypertension, diabetes mellitus and obesity, kidney cysts, urinary tract infections, and end-stage kidney disease and its complications.

He is a visiting nephrologist at the National Kidney Foundation and at Fresenius Kidney Care in the US.
