Dr Lee graduate with his MBBS Degree from the National University of Singapore in 1975. After which he proceeded Edinburgh and Glasgow and obtained his FRCS in the year 1980. Four years later, Dr Lee attained his FAMS in Neurosurgery, and subsequently, the FRCS in the year 1989.
Apart from being in private practice, Dr. Lee is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the Asean Neurosurgical Society, a clinical teacher in Neurosurgery at the National University of Singapore and also the Programme Director at Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s Neurosurgical, Neurosurgical Nursing Course.
Dr. Lee is involved in many societies related to his specialty. He is an active foreign member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. Dr. Lee also has memberships in the Academy of Medicine Singapore (Neurosurgery Subspecialty), Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Asean Neurological Society, International Stroke Society, International Association for the Study of Pain, Singapore Neuroscience Association and the Singapore Pain Association.
Dr. Lee’s clinical interests include brain diseases, brain injuries, brain tumours, cancer, pain, perspiration, spinal diseases, stroke and tumours.
