Dr Geeta Paulmer is a medical advisor at IHH Healthcare Singapore.
She is a key member of the case management team that is primarily involved in streamlining the patient journey from pre-admission to post-discharge follow-up. This helps insured members enjoy a seamless and cashless end-to-end experience so they can focus on their health rather than the claim process. By ensuring patients receive evidence-based, cost-effective care best suited to their needs, the team supports the provision of exemplary care in a sustainable way.
Prior to this role, she has worked in the pharmaceutical industry in medical affairs in India, handling medico-marketing activities for products. In Singapore, she has mainly worked in a CRO as medical monitor, providing medical support to several clinical trial projects primarily for the APAC region.
